First heard this song through one of my favorite artists’ with his version of it: Jeff Buckley.  Jeff’s is so haunting and beautiful.  The first time I heard it, it made me cry.  That’s what good music is supposed to do.  Leonard’s version is surprisingly so soulful and totally different.  Both versions are amazing…..here’s a link to

This song in general is just so beautifully written and I love how these artists were able to keep the integrity & simplicity of it through their versions.  More as an homage than a re-make.
